What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Engage with homeowners and small business or farms through provided leads, self-generated leads, referrals, and community outreach.</li>
<li>Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present customized solar solutions.</li>
<li>Guide customers through financial options including tax and energy savings programs.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets (30&ndash;45% close rate expected on qualified leads).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure timely completion of all documentation.</li>
<li>Become a local ambassador for clean energy by developing a strong community presence.</li>

<li>Experienced &ndash; Previous in-home, direct, or B2C sales experience preferred (solar, home improvement, or similar industries a plus).</li>

<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li>
