American Field Services Inc is a Construction &amp; Landscaping Company located In Rockland County.We have Various Commercial,Residential &amp; Municipal Accounts and are looking for reliable &amp; Dedicated to join our Growing Team Applicants must be able to work outdoors,In all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often. You must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work. Key Responsibilities Include: Quality and safety compliance Maintain landscape including, but not limited to, mowing grass, weed control,Mulch,Drainage,Sewer excavation etcOperate a weed wacker &amp; Zero turn Mower Safely operate a truck while pulling a trailerSkills/Qualifications:Skills/Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 years of professional experience working in the Landscaping industry.</li><li>***MUST Have a Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with a clean Record***</li><li>Ability to Drive Truck &amp; Trailer is a plus but no required.</li><li>Ability to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.</li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li><li>Must have experience using commercial landscaping equipment including, but not limited to, Zero Turn mower &amp; trimmers.</li><li>Remove debris and Litter</li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, client, etc.</li></ul>American Field Services Inc is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
