We&rsquo;re looking for a Director of Human Resources who&rsquo;s ready to lead with both strategy and compassion. In this role, you&rsquo;ll take charge of payroll, benefits, and compliance while also shaping culture, strengthening connections, and building the HR systems that power our award-winning, employee-owned company. 

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Lead HR operations: payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations
</li>
<li>Partner with leaders on workforce planning &amp; culture development
</li>
<li>Guide managers and employees on performance, coaching, and employee development
</li>
<li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs
</li>
<li>Improve HR systems, policies, and processes for growth
</li>
</ul>About You

You&rsquo;re a detail-oriented HR leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You balance compliance with culture, bring strong problem-solving skills, and inspire trust at all levels of the organization. 

What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience
</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive HR experience (leadership required)
</li>
<li>Knowledge of Hawaii and federal employment laws
</li>
<li>HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
</li>
