Job Title: Office Administrator Company: American Grounds Service LLC Location: Dunnellon, FLPosition Overview: American Grounds Service LLC is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Dunnellon. This position works primarily independently and is responsible for keeping our financial records, customer communications, and office systems organized and running efficiently.This role is primarily administrative and accounting focused, with minimal involvement in field operations.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable</li><li>Process company payroll</li><li>Create invoices and maintain financial records using QuickBooks</li><li>Track financial and operational data using Microsoft Excel</li><li>Maintain and update customer information in Copilot CRM</li><li>Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries</li><li>Schedule estimates and property visits</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems</li><li>Support management with reports and administrative tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with QuickBooks</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and standard office software</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Professional phone and customer communication skills</li><li>Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office management experience preferred</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Independent office setting in Dunnellon</li><li>Primarily desk and administrative work</li><li>Minimal field operations involvement</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a locally owned company</li></ul>About American Grounds Service LLC: American Grounds Service LLC provides landscaping, property maintenance, debris removal, and land services throughout the region.
