American Innotek is a thriving manufacturing organization committed to providing outstanding customer service with 100% on time delivery and loyal customers.Mon. &ndash; Fri. 6am-2:30pmRESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Perform assembly operations.&middot; Labeling and packaging products.&middot; Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.&middot; Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.&middot; Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.&middot; Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.&middot; Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, and Safety requirements&middot; Successfully complete training on production tasks for multiple part families and/or operations.&middot; Performs other related duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE: &middot; Hands-on experience in manufacturing /production environmentSKILLS AND ABILITIES:&middot; Ability to lift up to 40 pounds&middot; Ability to train and communicate with other Assemblers.&middot; Have good organizational skills, personal skills, and a strong follow-through &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude.&middot; Be able to work independently and take initiative on completing tasks.&middot; Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.&middot; Follows instructions, responds to management direction.&middot; Ability to perform delicate, repetitive hand motion tasks.&middot; Position requires standing up to 8 hours per day.&middot; Ability to physically handle plastic parts, delicate parts.&middot; Ability to read and understand work instructions, process guidelines, visual workmanship standardsAmerican Innotek is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
