 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting AIU&rsquo;s talent acquisition strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment for both academic and administrative positions. This role ensures that qualified candidates are identified, engaged, and onboarded in alignment with AIU&rsquo;s mission, values, and operational needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring departments to understand position requirements, timelines, and workforce planning needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and post job advertisements in accordance with AIU branding guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agency partnerships, and other professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide selected candidates through relocation logistics, visa documentation, and onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate applicant tracking data, recruitment reports, and candidate databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in drafting employment contracts in line with policies and labor regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders and time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; international or higher education sector exposure preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience drafting job advertisements and employment contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with labor regulations and recruitment compliance requirements is an advantage.
 </li>
