<div>The Plant Human Resources Administrator provides direct support to the company&rsquo;s manufacturing plant staff while serving as a liaison with the Corporate HR team. This position plays a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, employee relations, and day-to-day HR administration. The Plant HR Administrator ensures plant operations are aligned with company policies, federal/state regulations, and corporate HR initiatives while fostering a positive, supportive work environment. 
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) read, write, and speak both required 
Tasks/Responsibilities:

<li>Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires for plant staff</li>
<li>Actively pursue new recruiting methods</li>
<li>Facilitate onboarding through the company HRIS system (currently BambooHR).</li>
<li>Complete all new hire processes, including E-Verify, drug screening, fingerprint setup, and entry into timekeeping systems.</li>
<li>Report all new hires to the State Attorney General.</li>
<li>Conduct new hire safety and health orientations.</li>
<li>Serve as a first point of contact for plant employees regarding HR-related matters.</li>
<li>Educate employees on company benefits, assist with enrollment or waivers.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor attendance/point system; issue counseling and warnings as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews for resignations and terminations.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across plant staff.</li>
<li>Actively participate in meetings and plant events; coordinate celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, safety awards).</li>
<li>Assist Plant Management in continuing to improve morale and support company culture initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain daily communication with HR Manager to seek guidance on employee complaints, disputes, and sensitive issues.</li>
<li>Conduct base and level training sessions for plant staff</li>
<li>Grade training tests and upload results into employee profiles in BambooHR.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate training documentation and compliance records. 
</li>
<li>Compile and distribute daily staffing and plant reports with supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Track employee time punches for attendance records.</li>
<li>Maintain supplies inventory (e.g., water bottles, swag, snacks, water) and communicate with HR Manager and Purchasing agent monthly on needs.</li>
<li>Write and distribute memos, letters, correspondence, and forms as needed.

<li>Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Skills/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in HR or business preferred.</li>
<li>Verifiable experience in HR administration within a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Outgoing personality with positive attitude and strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to remain professional in stressful situations while maintaining confidentiality.</li>
<li>General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.</li>
<li>Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, SharePoint, and HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred).</li></ul></div>
