Position Overview
<ul>
<li>Schedule &ndash; Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
</li><li>On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work. Please note that we are unable to consider current residents of the property for this position.</li>
<li>Property Information &ndash; 131-unit senior tax-credit community built in 2018.</li>
<li>Compensation Package&ndash;
<ul><li>Salary Range: $85.000 - $87,000 / Year*</li>
<li>Bonus Incentives include: Monthly Leasing Bonuses &amp; Quarterly Bonuses!</li>
<li>Potential for reimbursement on moving expenses up to $2,500 for out of state applicants willing to relocate.</li>
<li>Opportunity for growth and advancement.</li>

<li>401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match.</li>

What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>5+ years' experience at an affordable or tax credit multifamily community within the last 10 years preferred.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience managing an affordable or tax credit multifamily community, including team oversight and property operations.</li>
<li>Must have experience managing at least 100 units.</li>
<li>Must be well-versed in Federal Fair Housing Laws, landlord-tenant laws and ADA Laws.</li>
<li>Customer service experience required.</li>
<li>Onesite and/or Knock experience preferred.</li>
<li>High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li>
<li>Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.</li>
<li>Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.</li>
<li>Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.</li>
<li>Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li></ul> 


Your Role
<ul>
<li>Conduct daily property walks to ensure excellent curb appeal and adherence to property policies.</li>
<li>Approve and maintain timecards for office and maintenance staff members.</li>
<li>Maintain high occupancy rates while focusing on resident retention.</li>
<li>Handle sales and marketing ventures and promote the company and property.</li>
<li>Track and handle revenue and expenses.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain reports for upper management.</li>
<li>Collect rent dues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage contract obligations.</li>
<li>Coordinate all move-in/move-out related items and documents.</li>
<li>Train, develop and manage performance of team members as needed in compliance with American Property Management policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Oversee any contractors or vendors working on the property and ensure work completion is up to American Property Management's Quality Standards.</li>
<li>Foster and maintain a positive work environment through relationships with team members, residents, and vendors/contractors.</li>
