What You Need to Know:</i></p></div><div><p>
As a Warehouse Inventory Assistant, you will receive and process department orders to ensure the collection of blood supplies, from a central warehouse location. In this role you will perform basic receiving and shipping duties to stock and process blood-product supplies; arrange and trouble-shoot delivery logistics to from our blood collection sites.</p></div><div><p>

Inspect, verify and report discrepancies/damaged of materials and supplies against receiving documents. Store and stack materials to prescribed methods.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Fulfill daily customer orders, prepare transportation documents, deliver materials and supplies to end user and/or departments</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks and various forklift equipment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
May assist with systemwide electronic computer inventory management system data entry, reporting functions, and with electronic inventory reconciliation process.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Work with ordering department to assist in the ordering process</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Cycle count supplies as needed.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Pay Information</b>: $18.00-$19.00 per hr. based on experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. Experience in a regulated environment required. Related experience includes knowledge of general office procedures and practices.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Valid driver's license and clean DMV record may be required.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
May also be required to be certified in fork lift operation.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Basic reading, writing, communication, math and computer skills required.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to work on a team.</p></li><li><p><b>
Driving will be one of the responsibilities of this position, so a valid driver's license is required. We are seeking experienced business-to-business Account Representative to cover Dedham, MA and the surrounding territories. Incumbents will work in the territory to develop and organize new blood drive opportunities with community businesses, churches, schools and other sponsors. Sales account representatives in this fast-paced role will also work with these organizations to recruit blood donors from their respective networks.</p><p></p><p>
