 Job Summary
 
 
 
 At American Rivers, we believe in the power of Marketing to engage, inform, and inspire. We're looking for an energetic Marketing Manager who can take written or spoken ideas and convert them into visual content that inspires action for clean water and healthy rivers.
 
 
 A member of the Marketing and Communications team within the Advancement division, the person in this position will help elevate the organization&rsquo;s mission and ensure consistent, high-quality brand presentation, interacting with staff across the organization to design materials, support with writing, and maintain a robust photo catalog.
 
 
 You will be successful in this role if you love design, collaborate well, have a passion for creating content, can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, and are excited to work in a fast-paced environment with people who are passionate about making a difference.
 
 
 
 Principal Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Graphic Design
 
 
 <ul>

 Create visual assets for digital and print, such as factsheets, brochures, invitations, infographics, advertisements, presentations, event materials, social graphics, e.g.
 </li>

 Provide quality assurance, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
 </li>

 Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and develop cohesive and creative assets

 </ul>
 Media and Digital Asset Management

 Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
 </li>

 Edit and optimize images for various uses (web, print, social).
 </li>

 Coordinate with staff to gather, tag, and catalog new visual content.
 </li>

 Edit short-form videos for social media.
 
 
 </li>

 Marketing Support and Coordination

 Assist in cataloging impact stories and publishing content across internal channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and logistics for marketing campaigns and events.
 </li>

 Draft and proofread content for social media, blogs, website updates, and fundraising materials.

 Handle various administrative and coordination tasks to support the marketing team

 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree and + 1 yr experince or 2+years relevant expeirnce
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
 </li>
 <li>
 Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Video editing experience, preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and good sense of humor. Ability to work well with colleagues in different offices and time zones.
 </li>

 American Rivers offers marketable compensation that reflects the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. The salary range for this position is $55,000-61,800, annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive Total Rewards package to our full-time, regular employees, including:

JOB SUMMARY 

American Rivers is seeking a collaborative, analytically strong, and business-oriented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&amp;A &amp; Treasury, to support organizational budgeting, forecasting, treasury analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Reporting to the Director, Finance &amp; Accounting, this position serves as a key member of the Finance &amp; Accounting team, helping transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support organizational decision-making and long-term financial sustainability. 
The Senior Financial Analyst will maintain treasury analyses and cash flow forecasts, support budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models and dashboards, and assist in improving reporting and analytical capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen, systems proficiency, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. 
Must have hands-on experience managing and analyzing financial allocations across multiple funding sources or departments. 
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Treasury Analysis &amp; Cash Forecasting
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.</li>
<li>Develop liquidity analyses and treasury-related reporting schedules.</li>
<li>Analyze cash trends, working capital requirements, and organizational liquidity needs.</li>
<li>Prepare treasury analyses supporting cash management and financial planning activities.</li>
<li>Assist with the development of treasury reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting models.</li>

Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Financial Planning

Reporting Systems &amp; Process Improvement

<li>Serve as a finance power user for Solver and related reporting tools.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytical models, and reporting packages.</li>
<li>Participate in finance systems testing, implementation, and enhancement projects.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, analytical processes, and data accessibility.</li>
<li>Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, business analytics, or operational finance.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience performing variance analysis and financial modeling.</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis functions, and financial modeling techniques.</li>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial planning applications.</li>
<li>Experience working with systems such as Sage Intacct, Solver, Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
