</b><br>
We are seeking a Business Finance Intern to support the Global Planning &amp; Analysis and Global Reporting organizations with documenting current-state global FP&amp;A processes, exploring potential AI and automation use cases, and reviewing the pricing rate card update processes. This role will be 3-4 months in duration and provides hands-on exposure to core FP&amp;A activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and collaboration across finance teams in a global environment.</p></div><p></p>

</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience, required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interest in FP&amp;A, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly document processes.
</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial data and workflows.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
</li><li>Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.</li></ul></div>
<br><div><div><b>What You Can Offer US
</b><br>
<ul><li>Document current-state global FP&amp;A processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and allocation activities.
</li><li>Gain an understanding of annual planning, budget development, and forecast update activities through data collection and analysis.
</li><li>Support exploration and documentation of potential AI and automation use cases within FP&amp;A.
</li><li>Partner with FP&amp;A team members to gather inputs and catalog existing reporting needs globally.
</li><li>Review and document the pricing rate update process, including key inputs, assumptions, and controls.
</li><li>Assist with basic financial analysis, summaries, and presentation materials for management review.
</li><li>Support ad hoc FP&amp;A projects and requests assigned.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li><li>Gain practical exposure to FP&amp;A activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
</li><li>Develop an understanding of how financial data supports business decision-making.
</li><li>Learn how to document and map finance processes in a global organization.
</li><li>Build foundational skills in financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.
</li><li>Gain exposure to pricing processes and governance controls.
</li><li>Develop awareness of how automation and AI can support finance processes.
