Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This vital role combines administrative excellence with exceptional customer support, ensuring smooth office operations and positive client interactions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to handle a variety of tasks that keep our office running efficiently.Duties<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues with a friendly attitude.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping applications and office management purposes.</li><li>Organize files, process invoices, and assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.</li><li>Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.</li><li>Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative support to ensure a well-organized workspace.</li><li>Assist with site visits.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and document proofreading.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and basic computer literacy.</li><li>Experience using bookkeeping software is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients.</li><li>Professional communication etiquette for phone, email and in person.</li><li>Previous personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.</li><li>Local travel</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
