If this is you please apply!Duties<ul><li>Develop comprehensive paid search strategies leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads to meet campaign objectives.</li><li>Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing keywords and refine targeting efforts.</li><li>Manage and optimize PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.</li><li>Oversee media planning and buying processes, including media buying on Google AdWords and DoubleClick, to ensure optimal ad placements.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization techniques through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and audience segmentation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SEO initiatives and integrate SEM efforts with broader digital marketing campaigns for cohesive brand messaging.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in performance marketing, SEO tools, and media buying strategies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Have the ability to make adjustments to websites as needed through Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and related tools like Google Tag Manager and SEO tools for keyword research and site analysis.</li><li>Expertise in media planning, media buying, and budget management to maximize campaign impact within allocated resources.</li><li>Proficiency in web analytics tools including Google Analytics to track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns accordingly.</li><li>Skilled in conversion rate optimization techniques to improve landing page performance and increase lead generation or sales conversions.</li><li>Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms to expand reach through strategic partnerships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for presenting insights, reporting campaign results, and collaborating with creative teams on social media management efforts.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes by staying informed about new advertising features on platforms like Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
