Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide direct instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific interventions aligned with grade-level standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and learning support teams to identify students in need of intervention and develop personalized learning plans.</li><li>
Use data-driven methods to assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and document outcomes to ensure measurable academic improvement.</li><li>
Design and implement engaging, scaffolded lessons that build essential skills while promoting student independence and academic resilience.</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates, gather insights, and promote shared strategies for student success.</li><li>
Participate in professional development and contribute to a school-wide culture of continuous improvement and inclusive education.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in education, or a related field; credentials or certification in special education or learning support are preferred.</li><li>
Experience working in middle and/or high school settings in intervention, learning support, or student services roles.</li><li>
Strong understanding of differentiation, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring tools.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>
