The SAP Case Management Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support of SAP Case Management and related SAP solutions. The role requires strong end-to-end business process understanding, integration awareness with other SAP modules and third-party applications, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP functional solutions.Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Implement SAP Case Management and NetWeaver Folder Management during implementation, enhancement, and support assignments.&middot; Gather, analyze, review, and validate business requirements with key business stakeholders and project teams.&middot; Prepare, review, and validate business process documentation and Blueprint / solution design documents.&middot; Configure SAP solutions based on approved business requirements and agreed solution design.&middot; Execute unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and support final user acceptance testing with business teams.&middot; Identify customization and development requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical / ABAP development team.&middot; Support workflow, forms, Fiori, integrations, and API-related functional requirements in coordination with technical teams.&middot; Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, issue logs, and user training materials as required.&middot; Deliver key user training and knowledge transfer during the project lifecycle.&middot; Prepare key user manuals and handover documentation for business and support teams.&middot; Monitor assigned scope, deliverables, and timelines to ensure project activities are completed as planned.&middot; Provide post go-live support, issue analysis, defect resolution coordination, and continuous improvement recommendations.Required Work Experience and Education&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an equivalent major / qualification.&middot; Minimum 7 years of SAP consulting experience.&middot; Experience in at least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects as an SAP Functional Consultant.&middot; Hands-on experience in SAP Case Management or SAP Record Management.&middot; Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and support activities.&middot; Preferred experience in government / public sector service process design and optimization.&middot; Preferred experience with SAP touchpoints including SD &amp; Billing, FICO, Workflow and SAP BTP.Required Technical and Functional Skills<ul><li>SAP Case Management.</li></ul><ul><li>NetWeaver Folder Management.</li></ul><ul><li>SAP functional configuration and business process mapping.</li></ul><ul><li>ABAP debugging awareness and ability to coordinate effectively with ABAP developers.</li></ul><ul><li>SAP Workflow functional understanding.</li></ul><ul><li>SAP Fiori functional awareness and user experience considerations.</li></ul><ul><li>Integration / API awareness with SAP and third-party applications.</li></ul><ul><li>ERP and information systems knowledge.</li></ul><ul><li>Logical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills, and structured documentation skills.</li></ul>Required Soft Skills and Language<ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong presentation and business writing skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and project management teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to understand complex requirements and propose practical solution options.</li></ul><ul><li>Arabic and English language skills are important for business communication, documentation, and user interaction.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications / Training<ul><li>SAP / ERP functional certification or relevant professional training.</li></ul><ul><li>Training or certification in information systems, business process management, or project delivery methodologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Soft skills training in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, or business writing.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

install, configure, and administer Software AG webMethods components (Integration Server, UM, My webMethods Server, Terracotta etc.) Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades of webMethods environments Manage user access, roles, and security configurations Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks Support deployment of integration services across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place Work closely with developers and business teams to support integration requirements Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for webMethods deployments Maintain system documentation and operational procedures Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications Experience: 8 + Years Strong experience with Software AG webMethods platform administration Knowledge of: o Integration Server o Universal Messaging o My webMethods Server Experience in Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments Understanding of networking concepts (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, TCP/IP) Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis Basic knowledge of databases ( SQL Server.) Integration Developer/Consultant - Webmethods Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Software AG webMethods Suite, including Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, BPM, and My webMethods Server (MWS). Implement and maintain secure integrations using APIs (SOAP and REST). Configure and enforce API security standards, including JWT, API Key, and OAuth. Develop and manage complex integration architectures and interface solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and multiple entities to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements. Migrate services from legacy systems to a Unified Digital Platform using webMethods components. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, SOPs, and conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions. Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Monitor and support production systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementRequired Skills &amp; Experience: Experience: 6- 8 years Strong hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server, Designer, MWS, BPM, and Broker. Solid understanding of API development and integration patterns (SOAP/REST). Experience implementing API security (JWT, OAuth, API Key). Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and middleware concepts. Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
