Video StrategistAmerica's Home Place | Gainesville, GA | Full-Time SalariedJob Description:America's Home Place, a trusted on-your-lot custom home builder, is looking for a creative and motivated Video Strategist to join our marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and video production for marketing. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, experiment with ideas, and develop strong skills across both production and marketing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit and produce video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal training, and advertising</li><li>Help coordinate pre-production and logistics for shoots</li><li>Assist with on-set filming &mdash; lighting setup, audio monitoring, and B-roll capture</li><li>Brainstorm and help to develop concepts for brand storytelling, customer testimonials, and ad campaigns</li><li>Help shape content strategy across social media and video platforms</li><li>Coordinate with regional videographers and assist in maintaining project timelines</li><li>Occasional travel to filming locations (approx. once every 3&ndash;4 months)</li></ul>Experience with DaVinci Resolve is preferred, but experience with Adobe Premiere or other professional editing software is acceptable.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Creative and excited about storytelling and marketing</li><li>Curious and eager to experiment with new content ideas</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects</li><li>Passionate about video, branding, and digital content</li><li>Comfortable learning new technical skills and production tools</li><li>A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative</li><li>Familiar with social media platforms and emerging content trends</li><li>Coachable and eager to grow professionally</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in video production, marketing, content creation, or a related field preferred</li><li>Familiarity with professional video editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred, Premiere acceptable)</li><li>Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategy</li><li>Experience with video production or filming is a plus, but not required. However, willing to be on-set and support post-production efforts is required</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel.
