<div>Primary Responsibility
Manage all warehouse functions, including operations, transportation, personnel and customer service, as directed by Director of Operations. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Develop annual facility budget and ensure group adherence to budget.</li><li>
Direct and assign work; set performance objectives and monitor performance of all warehouse departments.</li><li>
Manage all warehouse activities, costs, operations and forecasts. Monitor progress towards goals.</li><li>
Provide a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify any safety concerns, as well as cost saving opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as all Federal, State and Local OSHA regulations.</li><li>
Represent the Company to all warehouse customers. Secure additional business and maintain positive relationships with customers.</li><li>
Ensure that warehouse concerns are heard at corporate level. Communicates stated Company goals, objectives and direction to warehouse staff.</li><li>
Negotiate labor contracts with union representatives. Responsible for desired change in contracts.</li><li>
Affect prevention or reduction of property, liability or personnel loss exposure for the Company.</li><li>
Ensure that care, custody and control procedures are in place. Monitor operational performance.</li><li>
Utilize Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) related to planning daily facility requirements; complete CIP monthly reports.</li><li>
Promote an open door policy and team environment.</li><li>
Support the Company Performance Management Program (PMP).</li><li>
Develop/maintain plans for disaster prevention and recovery.</li></ul> 
What Experience and Education You Need<ul><li>
College degree in business, logistics or management plus 5-8 years in warehousing and/or logistics management or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
3 years general supervisory/management experience.</li></ul>

Union experience and knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)</li><li>
Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse functions and individuals toward profitability objectives.</li><li>
Familiar with WMS and RF.</li><li>

General Manager III - Belvidere, IL

<div>Primary Responsibility: 
 
Under general supervision, the Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 
<ul><li>Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility.</li><li>Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management.</li><li>In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF scanners) in a manner that promotes safety.</li><li>Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.</li><li>Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes and may be required to perform other duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed.</li></ul>
 
What Experience and Education You Need: 
 
<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Must be able to lift and carry product a distance of 6 ft. without mechanical assistance.</li><li>Wear clothing, boots, headgear, and gloves that protect against the cold.
