What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Perform <b>preventive maintenance and repairs</b> on trailers</li><li>
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues</li><li>
Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards</li><li>
Document repairs and complete work orders</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment</li><li>
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines</li><li>
Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational</li></ul><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><ul><li><b>
2+ years&rsquo; experience in performing repairs on class 7 - 8 trailers</b></li><li>
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Must own and maintain personal tools and a toolbox necessary to perform job duties</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><div><b>
Working Conditions</b></div><div>
Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues</li><li>
Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards</li><li>
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment</li><li>
Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li><li>
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations</li></ul><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years&rsquo; of hands-on experience performing <b>diesel and automotive</b> <b>vehicle maintenance and repairs</b></li><li><div>
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</div></li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
</li><li>Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)
</li><li>Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)</li></ul><div><b>
Working Conditions</b></div><div></div><div><br>
This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
