We focus on real-world performance, clean execution, and long-term value&mdash;not hype or bloated marketing.We&rsquo;re hiring a Content &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist who can create high-impact content, manage paid advertising, and take ownership of our digital presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and measurable results.What You&rsquo;ll Do: Content Creation &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create short-form and long-form video content including Reels, Shorts, product demos, and educational clips.</li><li>Capture and edit product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and brand visuals.</li><li>Plan and manage social content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Engage with audiences and help grow brand awareness and credibility.</li><li>Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach.</li></ul>Paid Advertising &amp; Digital Growth<ul><li>Strategize, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation.</li><li>Strategize and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and remarketing as applicable).</li><li>Monitor performance metrics including leads, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.</li><li>Test creatives, audiences, keywords, and messaging to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality.</li></ul>Digital Asset &amp; Brand Ownership<ul><li>Manage and maintain company digital assets, including:</li><li>Website content coordination and updates</li><li>Social media business pages</li><li>LinkedIn company profile and pages</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Organize and maintain marketing assets such as photo/video libraries and brand templates.</li></ul>Campaign &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Support product launches, promotions, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Assist with trade show and event marketing initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns.</li></ul>KPIs for Success (First 90&ndash;120 Days)<ul><li>Publish 3&ndash;5 short-form videos per week across core platforms.</li><li>Improve social engagement and reach month-over-month.</li><li>Launch and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns, generating consistent inbound leads.</li><li>Maintain CPL within target ranges while improving lead quality.</li><li>Keep digital assets and content libraries organized and up to date.</li><li>Support at least one major marketing or product campaign with measurable results.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or paid advertising.</li><li>Strong video editing and visual content skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or equivalent).</li><li>Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.</li><li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.</li><li>Portfolio of relevant content work required.</li><li>Interest in technology, security, or smart-home products is a plus.</li></ul>Why Ameta USA<ul><li>Startup environment with real ownership and fast decision-making.</li><li>Direct exposure to leadership and product teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with advanced AI security technology.</li><li>Clear growth path tied to performance and results.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
