If you're passionate about healthcare, have a deep understanding of RCM processes, and excel at building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of RCM processes (billing, coding, claims, payer follow-up).</li><li>Sales and negotiation skills to close deals.</li><li>Networking ability with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Communication &amp; presentation skills to pitch effectively.</li><li>Strategic thinking to position services against competitors.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Identify healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, physician groups, labs, etc.) who may need RCM support.</li><li>Use networking, cold calling, referrals, conferences, and digital channels to create a lead pipeline.</li></ul>2. Market Research &amp; Targeting<ul><li>Analyze healthcare markets, competition, and industry trends.</li><li>Identify decision-makers (CFOs, practice managers, administrators, doctors).</li></ul>3. Pitching &amp; Solution Selling<ul><li>Present RCM services (medical billing, coding, denial management, collections) to potential clients.</li><li>Showcase how the company can improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycles.</li></ul>4. Relationship Building<ul><li>Develop trust and long-term relationships with healthcare leaders.</li><li>Act as the bridge between the provider&rsquo;s needs and the company&rsquo;s solutions.</li></ul>5. Proposal &amp; Contract Closure<ul><li>Draft customized proposals based on client size and specialty.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and sign service agreements.</li></ul>6. Collaboration with Internal Teams<ul><li>Work with operations, coding, and billing teams to ensure client requirements are understood.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on service gaps or opportunities.</li></ul>7.
