 HMYOI Lincoln.
 
 
 
 The standard hours of work are
 
 39 hours per week.
 
 Staff are required to work on a rota basis between
 
 08:00 &ndash; 17:00,
 
 with an earlier finish every Friday!
 
 There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends, but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).
 
 
 
 
 The base salary
 
 is between &pound;30,866 - &pound;36,135 dependant on experience.

 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Routine and non-routine maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mains water supply repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other duties commensurate with the role.

 What You Will Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Legionella awareness and compliance is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Full UK Driving Licence
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a commercial environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
