Job Title: Accounting CoordinatorLocation: Doha, Qatar Company: AMG Publicidad LLCJob SummaryAMG Publicidad LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day financial operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in financial reporting, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems</li><li>Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and reimbursements</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable aging</li><li>Support payroll processing and related documentation</li><li>Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records</li><li>Assist in audits by providing required financial data and reports</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and expense tracking</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in accounting or finance role</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and practices</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Experience in advertising, media, or marketing industry is an advantage</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with multi-currency transactions</li><li>Knowledge of VAT regulations (Qatar or GCC region)</li><li>Ability to handle fast-paced agency environment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and creative working environment</li><li>Exposure to international clients and projects</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
