 &bull; Experience in building responsive, single-page applications (SPA)
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with UI libraries like Bootstrap and Vuetify (a plus)
 
 
 &bull; Experience developing with Node.js and integrating with frontend frameworks
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to Docker for developing, running, and delivering applications
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of localization and internationalization in UI development
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Next JS or NextJS is highly desirable

 Role Summary
 
 
 As an IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading sales and business
 
 
 development initiatives for Microsoft-based technologies within the Qatar market. The ideal
 
 
 candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong consultative selling
 
 
 skills, and a well-established network across key industry verticals in Qatar. You will own the
 
 
 sales lifecycle&mdash;from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development,
 
 
 negotiation, and deal closure.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Drive business growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities for
 
 
 Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics
 
 
 365, Copilot, and AI-driven platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and manage key customer relationships, particularly with CIOs, CTOs, IT
 
 
 Directors, and business decision-makers across mid to large enterprises.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct strategic account planning to align solutions with client business needs,
 
 
 industry trends, and technology roadmaps.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical architects to craft tailored
 
 
 proposals, solution presentations, and demos.
 
 
 &bull; Actively participate in Microsoft partner programs, go-to-market initiatives, and
 
 
 industry events to generate leads and build brand presence.
 
 
 &bull; Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, with accurate
 
 
 forecasting and timely reporting to senior management.
 
 
 &bull; Stay informed of Microsoft&rsquo;s latest offerings, licensing models, incentives, and local
 
 
 market dynamics.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
 
 
 (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).
 
 
 &bull; 8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT services and solutions domain,
 
 
 with minimum 3 years focused on Microsoft technologies.
 
 
 &bull; In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including licensing, cloud adoption
 
 
 strategies, and AI integration.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of Qatar&rsquo;s business environment, public and private sector
 
 
 procurement processes, and regulatory framework.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive enterprise
 
 
 environments.
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus); excellent communication, negotiation, and
 
 
 stakeholder engagement skills.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Microsoft&rsquo;s partner ecosystem, co-selling, and incentive programs is
 
 
 highly desirable.
