The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a showroom supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions related to kitchen and ceramic products.Key Responsibilities:. Generate and follow up on sales leads for kitchens and ceramics products.. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.. Prepare and negotiate quotations and designs.. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.. Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales reports.Requirements:. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interiors, or ceramics industry.. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.. Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail..
