About the Position:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The <b>Data Clerk </b>is responsible for entry of all data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP). This position is responsible for the operational aspects of tracking and entering data and following the policies and procedures associated with these activities.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Will Do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Recording daily participant attendance data within ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison) touchpoint.</li><li>
Collecting, validating, and entering and/or scanning information into ARMS.</li><li>
Generating ARMS reports.</li><li>
Assisting with program completion process.
</li><li>Submitting data errors to the Program Director and/or Associate Program Director for correction.</li><li>
Tracking participant intakes and discharges.
</li><li>Assisting in the development of local data entry procedures
</li><li>Provide ARMS support to staff.</li><li>

 Serves guests by completing registration; controlling room assignments.

  <br/>

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Welcomes guests by greeting them; answering questions; responding to requests
  </li>
  <li>
   Registers guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements; verifying preregistration; assigning room; obtaining information and signatures; issuing door cards
  </li>
  <li>
   Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash
  </li>
  <li>
   Conveys information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides information to guests by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services guests may require, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintains records by entering room and guest account data
  </li>
  <li>
   Collects revenue by entering services and charges; computing bill; obtaining payment
  </li>
  <li>
   Makes hotel and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements; checking availability; confirming requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists hotel guests with all requests and needs as they arise including assistance with luggage, taking and delivering room services orders, valeting hotel guest cars, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists with housekeeping duties when the need arises
  </li>
  <li>
   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Available 3PM-11PM, Weekends until 12Midnight and some nights to 2AM, at least 3 Years Experience, Customer Service, People Skills, Quality Focus, Professionalism, Energy Level, Multi-tasking, Dependability, Thoroughness, Phone Skills, Data Entry Skills, Listening. Open availability a must including weekends and holidays, Must Possess Valid Drivers License.
