Job SummaryAmity International School is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cashier to manage school fee transactions while providing excellent front desk support. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial handling, maintain organized records, and deliver a welcoming experience to parents, students, and visitors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive tuition and fee payments, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately on a daily basis.</li><li>Prepare daily collection summaries and coordinate bank deposits.</li><li>Manage petty cash disbursements and perform regular reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of fee concessions and other income-related documentation.</li><li>Monitor outstanding fees and report delays or non-payments to management.</li><li>Provide professional front desk assistance and welcome visitors courteously.</li><li>Support the Accounts team with routine financial and administrative tasks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and financial controls.</li><li>Coordinate with the Registrar to maintain updated student fee records.</li><li>Attend meetings and carry out additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Completion of secondary education (Accounting qualification preferred).</li><li>Previous experience in cashiering, finance, or accounting support roles.</li><li>Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Good computer skills, including data entry and reporting.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in a school or educational environment.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Educational sector : 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Cashier: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
