Role PurposeTo support and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, policy compliance, and coordination between faculty, staff and management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and a positive work culture within the university.2. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Identify manpower requirements for academic and non-academic positions.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.</li></ul><ul><li>Issue offer letters, conduct joining formalities, orientation and induction sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the campus environment.</li></ul>management.<ul><li>Update HRIS/employee database and generate HR reports as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle ID cards, access, and documentation for audits.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Address employee grievances professionally and maintain healthy employee relations.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct employee engagement programs and ensure positive workplace environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Support learning and development activities, training sessions, and welfare initiatives.</li></ul>Organizational &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Coordinate with academic departments, administration, and management.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare HR analytics, reports, dashboards, and data for reviews.</li></ul><ul><li>Support organizational development, talent retention, and workforce planning.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a communication bridge between staff, faculty and management.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent HR in meetings, committees, and campus events.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle communication related to notices, circulars, and campus HR updates.</li></ul>3. Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Problem-solving ability, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
