 We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a
 
 Warehouse Manager
 
 to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, inventory systems, and logistics. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety in the warehouse.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Warehouse Operations
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of warehouse activities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Inventory Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Leadership
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a positive team environment and enforce safety standards.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Logistics and Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient material handling.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Compliance and Safety
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular safety audits and lead safety training sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation for compliance with internal and external requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years in Warehouse Manager or similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Warehouse management systems experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift operation experience
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with WMS platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift certification
 </li>
 </ul>
