 We are currently looking for a Junior Process Engineer, Mechanical to join our Production team in Muscat, Oman. This role contributes to the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing, packing, and warehousing operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Mission
 
 
 
 Working closely with the Process Manager, the Junior Process Engineer supports engineering activities across production facilities, helping to optimize processes, maintain equipment performance, and drive operational improvements. The role also assists with new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and technical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

 Your Expertise
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, equipment, and maintenance tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of electrical diagrams, wiring connections, and troubleshooting techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and processes, familiarity with CAD software and knowledge of lean Six Sigma principles and continues improvement methodologies is a plus.

 We are currently looking for a
 
 Brand Coordinator
 
 to support New Product Development and Brand activities, ensuring the smooth execution of product launches, shipment coordination, inventory management, and day-to-day operational support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Mission
 
 
 
 Working closely with the Brand Development team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will coordinate NPD and Brand operations, manage samples and shipments, maintain inventory and tracking systems, and support the successful delivery of launches and key brand initiatives across the House.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Impact
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 New Product Development and Brand Orders and Shipment Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinates the end-to-end flow of NPD and BRD shipments &mdash; tracking all incoming materials including mock-ups, concentrates, and components, maintaining accurate inbound and outbound documentation, and ensuring olfactory development samples are logged, dispatched, and traceable at every stage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages picking, packing, and warehouse dispatch processes, prepares and distributes NPD samples to artists and suppliers, and supports compatibility testing through timely juice sample submissions and supplier follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures mock-ups are properly listed, displayed, and followed up for B2B selling ceremonies and internal review. Prepares and processes Free of Charge sales orders for events and business needs &mdash; securing all required pre-approvals, monitoring budget compliance, and supporting production planning and materials inbound checks for urgent requests.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Inventory Stock Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain an organized stock archives system for validated products and displays, with accurate labelling and coding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory updates for testers, travel sprays, bottles, containers, and related materials across all assigned areas, including BRD stock, the top management office, and the Boardroom.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Active Portfolio Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, curate and consolidate Excel master files, shared databases, and trackers, while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, and streamline communication flows, through new tracking tools, systems, and operational improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead development of collateral materials for most important launches (PR gift ideation and education set development)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct monthly competitive and market intelligence reviews of products &amp; experiences within the luxury &amp; beauty landscape.
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in a similar coordination, operations, supply chain or brand support role, preferably within a luxury or beauty environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and rigour in documentation and tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with logistics processes, shipment documentation, and inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 A genuine interest in luxury, fragrance, and creative industries is highly valued.
