 Learning Strategy &amp; Analysis
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Global Program Design &amp; Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver scalable L&amp;D programs (in-person, virtual, and blended) to meet global business and employee development needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct global learning needs assessments in collaboration with People/HR Operations teams, business leaders, and regional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and report monthly training activites
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach and motivate team colleague
 </li>
 <li>
 Measurement &amp; Continuous Improvement by tracking,
 
 
 analyzing, and report on learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI.

 Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Engagement
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with global and regional HR teams, department leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure programs align with business goals and cultural nuances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage external training providers and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct learning needs analyses in partnership with regional and functional stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with business leaders and Performance Management Specialist to develop learning interventions that address performance and capability gaps.
 </li>

 Use metrics and insights to continuously improve learning offerings and delivery.

 Learning Design &amp; Content Development:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Create engaging learning content using a variety of formats (e-learning, workshops, job aids, microlearning, etc.) aligned with adult learning principles and modern instructional design best practices.

 <li>
 Support the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and utilisation of Amouage Academy learning platform; track and report learning metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, launch, and manage a structured
 
 Leadership Development Program
 
 targeting high-potential employees, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, launch, and manage a structured
 
 Nationalisation Program
 
 targeting national talent development in Oman and UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, launch, and manage a structured early and graduate
 
 Career Program
 
 targeting internships &amp; Apprenticeships for entry level talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR Operations team and senior leaders to define leadership competencies and success profiles aligned with organisational values and culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and launch
 
 TTT program
 
 , and coltivate a Training and Learning Culture targeting high-potential employees into Supervisory and mid-level management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and development labs to enhance leadership capability.

 Evaluate program impact using feedback, performance metrics, and behavioral change outcomes.

 Your Expertise
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technology tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday Learning).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational organisation
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in instructional design, coaching, or learning facilitation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with digital learning tools and content authoring (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, global environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English, Arabic advantageous (any additional languages a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>

 Coaching qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
 </li>

 Responsible for creating, developing and nurturing, and engaging our community of micro and macro perfume communities globally including users, clients and customers, and brand advocates. Primary focus to develop and execute strategies that foster meaningful interactions, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive community growth to connect with the audience, fostering non-paid user-generated content (UGC) by creators, and enhancing brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.

 1. Community Strategy &amp; Ecosystem Building

 Design and execute global community strategies across online and offline channels.

 Develop thriving micro- and macro-communities including perfume enthusiasts, VIP clients, creators, cultural partners, and brand advocates.

 Build and nurture local chapters and offline communities (e.g., community driven events, meet &amp; greets, thematic meet-ups).

 Lead the publishing &amp; copywriting associate in crafting community-centric narratives.
 </li>

 Translate insights from the community into relevant editorial style content.

 Ensure all content reflects the House&rsquo;s tone, cultural positioning and storytelling standards.

 4. Events, Activations &amp; Offline Engagement

 Lead the Events Coordinator in planning global events and distributor activations.

 Partner with key markets to support their community-building efforts and ensure consistency.

 Coordinate with other team members across Communications, Brand, Retail and Hospitality and Sales for seamless execution.
