The mission is to transform healthcare education through immersive, technology-driven learning.Role OverviewThe HR &amp; Talent Acquisition Intern will support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training, and R&amp;D. Ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, culture-building, and people operations in a fast-paced EdTech/MedTech environment.Key Responsibilities1. Talent AcquisitionSource candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus outreach.Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.Conduct preliminary HR screening discussions.Maintain applicant tracking sheets (ATS/Excel).HR OperationsSupport onboarding: documentation, induction, and welcome kits.Maintain employee files, attendance, and HR databases.Assist with drafting job descriptions, offers, and HR documentation.Employee EngagementSupport celebration activities, events, and team engagement.Assist in culture-building and internal communication initiatives.Collect employee feedback and help develop action plans.Training &amp; Development SupportCoordinate training sessions and workshops.Maintain training calendars and participation records.Support simulation workshops or HR operations when needed.HR ProjectsResearch HR best practices and suggest improvements.Assist with employer branding and social media HR content.Support policy drafting, SOP creation, and compliance tasks.Required Skills &amp; QualificationsPursuing or completed Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in HR, Psychology, Management, BBA, MBA, or related.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and professional communication.Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Prior experience or coursework in HR or Recruitment.Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn search.Creativity for employer branding and engagement activities.What We OfferHands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.Exposure to MedTech, EdTech, and simulation training industries.Close collaboration with leadership and multi-functional teams.Internship certificate + potential full-time opportunity based on performance.Supportive, growth-driven work environment.Interested candidates can apply at:9266971944Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
