 About This Role
 
 
 
 The Employee Experience Specialist is an entry-level role within the Human Resources (HR) Department, embedded with our craft teams in the field and in the warehouse. The primary function of this role is to be a visible culture champion &ndash; building community, driving employee engagement, recognizing great work, and ensuring our craft employees are having the best possible experience, whether they are on the warehouse floor or at a construction site. The Specialist also serves as a trusted liaison between craft employees, Operations and Construction Management, and Human Resources. This role is home-based out of our Des Moines, Iowa warehouse, which provides two key advantages: constant visibility with the warehouse crews, and a central place to store and manage gear inventory for site visits.  this position requires significant travel (
 
 
 approximately 50 &ndash;75%) to our warehouse locations in Brooks, Kentucky and Kosciusko, Mississippi, as well as to active construction sites.
 
 
 
 
 Pay Range: $28 - $35/hourly
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a visible, energizing presence on the warehouse floor and at construction sites, building positive relationships and fostering a productive, connected working community
 </li>

 Plan and run employee engagement and recognition initiatives &ndash; celebrating milestones, work anniversaries, safety achievements, and team wins that reinforce a people-first culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather employee feedback and surface themes, ideas, and concerns to Operations and Construction Management and Human Resources so the team can act on them
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and store gear inventory at the Des Moines warehouse, keeping it organized and ready to distribute to craft employees during site visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and share best practices with fellow Employee Experience Specialists across the business to keep engagement efforts consistent and cross-pollinate what is working
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively monitor attendance and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) channels, reach out to employees to gather statements and witness reports, and report findings to HR, Operations, and Construction Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Safety department to ensure statements, descriptions, and reports are accurately completed and disseminated to HR and Claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary line of communication between all stakeholders in the event of an employee's illness, injury, or bereavement
 </li>
 <li>
 Nurture positive working relationships by sending care packages to injured , sick, or bereaved employees
 </li>
 <li>
 This role will evolve over time with the needs of the business.

 About This Role
 
 
 
 The Accounts Payable Specialist at Ampacity supports the Electrical Product line by processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payments in accordance with company policies. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role partners closely with the Electrical Sales team and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
 
 
 Hybrid in Monterey, CA (at least 1 day/week)

 $25-27/hr
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Process and manage accounts payable invoices for the Electrical Product line, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, reconcile, and resolve vendor billing discrepancies against purchase orders and statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the Electrical Sales team, Receiving team, and other internal groups to verify billing accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Support process improvement initiatives and serve as backup for the AP Structural Billing team
 </li>

 Perform general administrative tasks to support the Accounts Payable function

About this Role:

The Associate Project Manager, Supply Chain (referred to hereafter as APM), is responsible for all duties relating to, but not limited to establishing logistics schedules, percent completion, conflict resolution, safety, and other related tasks pertaining to commercial and utility-scale solar construction projects. The APM is the primary materials contact and ensures project milestones and deliverables are met from inception to completion of their projects. The APM will handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction progress. Projects will either be in a pre-determined region or customer-based and spread throughout the country.
 
 
Ampacity has two main divisions for Project Management: Supply Chain and Installation Services. The Supply Chain division oversees a greater project volume with a decreased involvement in the daily goings on of the site itself. This division acts as the premobilization support to Ampacity clients and their subcontractors by organizing deliveries, analyzing the realizability of accelerations and shipping holds, coordinating change orders, and advising on the engineering build and best practices. An Associate Project Manager in this regard should be able to manage the communication, balance the differing needs, and be resourceful in the approach to solving issues for a multitude of clients. In this role, you will develop an understanding the mix of contracts, engineering, construction, and project finance.</div>

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Communicate directly with customer project managers and contractors to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Work closely with the client construction management team to ensure project milestones are met and any unforeseen interruptions are handled appropriately.</li><li>
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to determine best approach to deliver based on individual project variables.</li><li>
Problem-solve to address delays, emergencies or other issues that will impact timelines.</li><li>
Report progress to Ampacity management, cross functional teams, and clients as needed.</li><li>
Understand site contracts and technical matters.</li><li>
Working with Supply Chain and Logistics Execution on material availability and delivery schedules.</li><li>
Maintain records and databases.</li><li>
Auditing of parts lists and pile orders for Quality Assurance and accuracy of deliverable materials.</li></ul>
