<div>Overview:
<p>
The Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of high-quality tutoring programs by supporting AmeriCorps members, engaging partner sites, and driving program outcomes. This role fosters strong relationships with schools, members, and internal teams to maintain program integrity, ensure compliance with AmeriCorps regulations, and achieve positive student results.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li><p><b>
Cohort &amp; Member Management</b></p><ul><li>
Provide regular support, feedback, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive service experience for a cohort of AmeriCorps members.</li></ul><br>

Monitor member performance, service hours, and professional growth; address concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Facilitate and deliver member training sessions and onboarding activities.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with Internal Coaches and Coaching Specialists to manage member supervision, development, and performance.</li></ul><p><b>
Program &amp; Site Implementation</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned sites, building strong relationships with administrators, teachers, Internal Coaches, and other staff.</li></ul><br>

Conduct regular site visits and check-ins to ensure smooth program implementation, address challenges, and foster engagement. A minimum of quarterly visits based on cohort size or supervisor/regional expectations.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Partner with Coaching Specialists and school staff to ensure program fidelity and to maximize student outcomes.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Track compliance requirements, including member hours, paperwork, and evaluations; approve timesheets and provide corrective guidance as needed.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for program growth, expansion, and process enhancements.</li></ul><p><b>
Recruitment &amp; Community Engagement</b></p><ul><li>
Conduct AmeriCorps member interviews, document notes, and make selection decisions for assigned regions.</li></ul><br>

Partner with Talent Acquisition and external organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Represent Ampact at community events, job fairs, and site visits to promote awareness and engagement with AmeriCorps programs.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Support marketing and media opportunities to elevate program visibility under the guidance of the marketing team.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p>
Minimum Education</p><ul><li>
High school diploma/GED</li></ul><div>
Minimum Experience</div><ul><li>
3+ years of program management or implementation experience, ideally in a non-profit setting.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to mediate conflict and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Organized, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven.</li><li>
Professional communicator with strong listening, public speaking (preferred), and writing skills.</li><li>
Results-driven, adaptable, and solution-focused.</li><li>
High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
