Job Title: Payroll Executive Experience: 2+ years Location: Nashik (On-site)Summary:The role also involves handling basic HR operations such as timekeeping, attendance management, and letter generation (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.) &amp; end-to-end payroll management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage attendance/time office.</li><li>Generate employee letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.).</li><li>Maintain payroll data, update employee records, and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF).</li><li>Handle employee payroll queries professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with HR accuracy and reporting.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and support audits or MIS updates.</li><li>Maintain payroll systems and ensure data confidentiality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce; MBA (HR) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years&rsquo; experience in payroll and time office management (India).</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in GreytHR or similar payroll software.</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Good understanding of Indian Labour Laws.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
