 of the legal functions such as Contract Drafting/Working on
 
 PPAs/EPC Contracts/Regulatory/Land Acquisition/Project Finance
 
 , then this is the role for you!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 How you will contribute:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements (Term Sheets, PPA with captive / group captive/ bilateral consumers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements related to Behind the Meter (BTM) / Rooftop solar solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Representations / Presentations / Regulatory Updates in various internal and external forums based on the knowledge of &ndash; Electricity Act - 2003, Electricity Rule - 2005, Grid Code, Tariff Orders (Distribution, Transmission, Generation), ARR, Open Access Regulations, Net Metering Regulation of the eastern states of India (Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, North-eastern States)
 </li>
 <li>
 Representations / Presentations / Regulatory Updates in various internal and external forums based on the knowledge of &ndash; CERC Regulations, CEA regulations (both related to Renewable Energy, ISTS / General Network Access (GNA) Regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing title due diligence of land for establishing solar and wind power plants across India.
 </li>
 <li>
 Authentication of property title documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apprising the Senior Management regarding the progress of land acquisition and title clearance and suggesting future course of action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a custodian of all legal and title documents and related documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good in excel for preparing milestones and cash flows
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ideal Skills for this role include:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Law with specialization in Power - preferably from reputed institute
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years post-qualification, candidates who have experience in the renewable energy sector will be preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail oriented with ability to work collaboratively with team members nearby and remotely, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent inter - personal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be willing to travel nationally
 </li>
