Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aesthetician to join our vibrant team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced, energetic setting dedicated to beauty and wellness excellence.Duties<ul><li>Provide facial waxing, facials, eyelash extensions, and lash lifts to meet each guest&rsquo;s unique needs</li><li>Manage retail sales by recommending products through engaging demos and upselling techniques to enhance client results and satisfaction</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols for equipment and treatment areas</li><li>Utilize salon software systems, Gloss Genius, for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking</li><li>Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content to promote services, special offers, and client success stories</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to guests&rsquo; needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law; additional certifications such as medical spa experience or tattooing are a plus</li><li>Proven experience in esthetic facial treatments, eyelash extensions and lash lifts is preferred</li><li>Strong management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits</li><li>Knowledge of salon software platforms including Gloss Genius for seamless appointment management</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes</li><li>Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols across all treatments and services</li><li>Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on trends such as color theory, makeup application techniques, hair extensions, straight razor shaving, and esthetic innovations</li><li>Ability to upsell retail products effectively while prioritizing guest satisfaction</li><li>Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly valued</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering unforgettable experiences!
