Hybrid Sales Representative
The Hybrid Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and promoting pharmaceutical products through remote and face-to-face engagement strategies within an assigned territory. This role involves leveraging digital platforms and technology to build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful sales presentations, and achieving established sales performance goals while adhering to compliance and ethical standards. The individual in this position will operate effectively in highly competitive markets, both in person and virtually demonstrating resilience and strategic agility to achieve success.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $85K - $88K. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual channels (e.g., video calls, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms) and live face to face interactions in the field to achieve or exceed sales targets.</li><li>
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists (where applicable), to build trust and loyalty, ensuring the consistent use of promoted products.</li><li>
Conduct impactful, value-based sales presentations tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, utilizing clinical knowledge and product expertise through remote engagement tools.</li><li>
Develop and execute territory business plans by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and leveraging virtual engagement strategies as well as field visits to outperform competitors.</li><li>
Monitor and understand competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies and secure business wins.</li><li>

Experience and Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university or college required.</li><li>
Pharmaceutical experience required.</li><li>
A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment of consistent success in sales performance, including achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>
Skilled in leveraging strategies to outperform competitors and secure business wins in highly competitive markets.</li><li>
Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach.</li><li>
Adaptable working in a remote virtual sales environment (approximately 60%-70%) as well as the ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%) to cover vacant territories in the field.</li><li>
Ability to travel for 1 week during the month.</li><li>
Excellent technology skills including digital meeting platforms, CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS.</li><li>

Position Summary:
The CNS Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving the sales objectives and revenue target for their territory. They accomplish this through engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in field interactions to promote assigned Client product(s), maximizing the product(s)&rsquo; selling potential, and meeting program objectives. The CNS Sales Specialist achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, key decision makers and achieving sales goals. The CNS Sales Specialist achieves this by educating HCPs about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The CNS Sales Specialist utilizes approved tools for product and program promotion and maintains a competent level of product, program, and customer activity knowledge.
