Our team values efficiency, quality, and consistency, and we work closely with clients to deliver content that aligns with their brand identity and business goals.We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Writer / Client Content Specialist &amp; Editorial Coordinator to create, edit, and optimize a high volume of engaging, client-ready content. This role requires exceptional writing skills, the ability to maintain strong output levels, and a deep understanding of digital content strategy &mdash; including keyword linking, SEO structure, and brand voice consistency.Experience working with AI writing tools and managing outsourced editorial contributions is a strong advantage.Role SummaryThe Client Content Specialist &amp; Editorial Coordinator is responsible for rapidly creating, editing, and optimizing high-quality, engaging content for our list of marketing clients. This role requires a strong writer with excellent editing skills, a commitment to high-volume output, and a keen understanding of digital content strategy, including keyword linking and visual asset integration, all while adhering to specific client brand guidelines and project deadlines. Experience with AI tools and managing external editorial teams is highly valued.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Content Development &amp; Volume: Generate and finalize a high volume of digital content specifically tailored for our marketing clients, aiming for 4-5 new pieces of content created per day.</li><li>Editorial Excellence &amp; Client Brand Adherence: Execute thorough edits on existing and outsourced content, maintaining a daily pace of 8-10 edits/revisions per day, ensuring all final content meets client brand voice, style guides, and quality standards. Preference given to candidates with experience editing content from overseas writers.</li><li>SEO &amp; Linking Strategy: Strategically embed hyperlinks onto keywords throughout all client articles and blog posts to enhance their SEO performance and internal/external linking structure.</li><li>Visual Asset Management: Select, source, and properly utilize stock and product images to accompany content, ensuring all visuals are relevant and meet client-specific brand standards.</li><li>AI Tool Utilization: Utilize generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) as efficiency tools for drafting, research, and ideation, while maintaining responsibility for final accuracy and editorial polish.</li><li>Industry Focus &amp; Research: Write compelling, lifestyle-oriented content, with an emphasis on the jewelry and watch industry (experience or strong interest in luxury/jewelry/watches is preferred) or related niches within the client roster.</li><li>Business Content Strategy: Apply a strong understanding of content marketing principles to create material that aligns with client business goals and resonates with their target audiences.</li><li>Client Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding content needs, feedback, revisions, and project status via email (experience emailing clients is a strong plus).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in professional writing and editing for business, marketing, or agency environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive daily content creation and editing deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with website content structure and digital publishing best practices.</li><li>Understanding of why internal and external linking is critical for digital content performance.</li><li>Proficiency in leveraging AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) responsibly.</li><li>Experience with, or strong interest in, the jewelry, luxury, or watch industry.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
