We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Paid Ads Marketer who knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing ads across Meta and TikTok. If you understand how to pair the right ad format with the right campaign objective &mdash; and you love optimizing for conversions &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Communicate directly with clients on a monthly basis to discuss the last month results as well as planning the next month goals and strategy.</li><li>Ability to design simple but compelling static graphics using Canva or other software.</li><li>Ability to edit UGC videos to create provided by the client to create high performing ad campaigns.</li><li>Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok</li><li>Choose the best ad formats based on campaign goals and audience behavior</li><li>Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns to improve performance</li><li>Launch 30&ndash;40 ad campaigns per month across multiple clients</li></ul>Job Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience running paid ads on Meta and TikTok</li><li>Strong understanding of campaign structure, objectives, targeting &amp; bidding</li><li>Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize for conversions</li><li>A creative eye for visual storytelling and branding</li><li>Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Ability to edit short-form video content for ads</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; you&rsquo;ll work directly with clients</li><li>Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing deadlines</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with UGC-style content</li><li>A/B testing and creative iteration</li><li>Knowledge of retargeting strategies and funnels</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A collaborative, supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities to grow your creative and marketing skillset</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about performance marketing, creative storytelling, and pushing the limits of paid social &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Apply with your portfolio and examples of ads you&rsquo;ve created.Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
