We&rsquo;re on a mission to make Pakistani fashion more accessible, authentic, and exciting and we&rsquo;re looking for passionate, resourceful individuals to join our team in Lahore as Fashion Consultants.What You&rsquo;ll Do:As a Fashion Consultant, you&rsquo;ll be the bridge between our customers and Pakistan&rsquo;s vibrant fashion scene. Your day will blend online research, on-ground market visits, and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and process customer orders via our digital platform.</li><li>Source and purchase ready-made clothing, shoes, and jewelry on a COD (cash on delivery) basis.</li><li>Coordinate with local tailors for custom orders, including sourcing fabrics and embellishments.</li><li>Stay ahead of fashion trends, brands, and market deals to match customer preferences.</li><li>Conduct quality checks, ensure accurate packaging, and prepare orders for dispatch.</li><li>Communicate with customers and the AMRA team to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Deliver completed orders to our central dispatch hub.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Gender: Female (only)</li><li>Location: Lahore, Pakistan - easy travel access to all main markets</li><li>Age: Ideally under 40</li><li>Strong knowledge of local fashion trends, brands, and markets.</li><li>Background in fashion, retail, or related industries (preferred).</li><li>Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Reliable personal transportation (mandatory).</li><li>Comfortable in making social media content during market visits.</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English (must) and Urdu.</li><li>Passion for fashion with a sharp eye for detail.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with a startup.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Independent contractor agreement</li><li>Flexible working hours and autonomy in your schedule.</li><li>Competitive base salary plus commission-based incentives.</li><li>A chance to be part of a fast-growing, North American innovative startup.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.</li><li>The satisfaction of curating unique fashion experiences for an international audience.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a fashion enthusiast with a talent for finding the best deals and a passion for personalized shopping experiences, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Please send your application along with a short statement on why you&rsquo;re the perfect fit for this role.Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
