You&rsquo;ll oversee our Fashion Sourcing Specialists, streamline processes, and ensure our customers &mdash; many of whom are Pakistanis living abroad &mdash; receive an exceptional, trustworthy experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the Fashion Sourcing Specialist team to ensure high performance and accountability.</li><li>Oversee the full order lifecycle &mdash; from sourcing and quality control to packaging and dispatch.</li><li>Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement of products and materials.</li><li>Stay ahead of local fashion trends, market shifts, and consumer preferences to guide sourcing and marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that resonate with both local and international audiences.</li><li>Oversee people management, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational reports for the COO.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Support content creation by coordinating or participating in short behind-the-scenes videos to showcase our process and build trust with customers.</li><li>Act as a key liaison for international clients, understanding the cultural nuances and preferences of Pakistanis overseas.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Location: Karachi, Pakistan (mandatory)</li><li>Proven leadership experience in fashion, retail, or related industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local markets, fashion trends, and vendor networks.</li><li>Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (written and spoken).</li><li>Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.</li><li>Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a startup environment &mdash; adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.</li><li>Bonus: Prior experience dealing with international clients, especially Pakistanis living abroad.</li><li>Tech-savvy and confident using digital platforms for operations and communication.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>A leadership role with significant influence over company growth and direction.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with the executive team in a high-impact environment.</li><li>Professional development and career growth opportunities.</li><li>The chance to shape the operational backbone of a fast-growing, innovative startup.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion, a proven track record in operations, and the leadership skills to inspire a team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Please send your CV along with a short statement on why you&rsquo;re the perfect fit for this role.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
