We are seeking an experienced Perfume Business Manager with end-to-end expertise in building and managing a perfume business &mdash; from manufacturing setup to retail and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fragrance industry and be capable of driving both operational excellence and commercial growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manufacturing Setup &amp; Operations</li><li>Oversee establishment and management of perfume production facilities.</li><li>Source and manage raw materials (essential oils, fragrances, packaging).</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.</li><li>Product Development &amp; Innovation</li><li>Work with perfumers, evaluators, and designers to develop unique fragrances.</li><li>Supervise sampling, testing, and product finalization.</li><li>Identify market trends and consumer preferences to guide product line.</li><li>Supply Chain &amp; Distribution</li><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics.</li><li>Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.</li><li>Sales &amp; Business Development</li><li>Develop go-to-market strategies for new launches.</li><li>Drive sales performance across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.</li><li>Establish B2B partnerships (regional and international).</li><li>Brand &amp; Market Growth</li><li>Position the brand competitively within the GCC and global markets.</li><li>Create marketing and promotional strategies aligned with brand identity.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ years of experience in the perfume/fragrance industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and retail distribution.</li><li>Proven ability to launch and manage perfume brands.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and market development skills.</li><li>Based in UAE</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract
