The Role</b></h3><p>
As Preboarding Specialist you will support the offer- and onboarding-related tasks to help the finalisation of the recruitment process running smoothly. Your tasks will include providing excellent candidate care activities, collecting candidates&rsquo; documents, and offers creation. You will also be building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties.</p>
<p>
Your role will also involve active participation in process improvement activities, process governance and control, workload distribution, as well as acting as a point of expertise for complex queries and escalations, and completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
