</p><p>As a Principal Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Accountabilities</b></h3><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Work with Recruiters to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client&rsquo;s business, the requirements and unique selling points of the role.</li>
<li>Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you&rsquo;re leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS e.g., proposing alternative ways to find niche skills in a competitive market.</li>
<li>Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions. As a Trusted Advisor, make clear recommendations on your shortlisted candidates.</li>
<li>Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand and share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes, advocating potential solutions and making recommendations to inform and adapt the recruitment strategy e.g., hiring in alternative locations, exploring different talent pools or updating job descriptions.</li>
<li>Understand and utilise data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Experience</b></h3><p><b>
You&rsquo;ll need to demonstrate:</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and partner somewhat independently with clients and candidates. Clear, engaging and professional in written communications with the ability to digest, retain and utilise information to influence others.</li>
<li>Demonstrable subject matter expertise in recruiting and/or sourcing with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and create and adapt detailed sourcing plans to fill specialist and niche hiring needs.</li>
<li>Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.</li>
<li>Experience of using a range of tools and systems including in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Experience working in-house, in agency or in RPO in a role focused on talent acquisition, candidate management and sourcing</li>
<li>Familiarity with Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences specifically with CRO Domain</li>

This is a ground floor opportunity with endless potential to shape the future of this niche site. Key Accountabilities</b></h3><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p><br>

<li>Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding</li>
<li>Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes</li>
<li>Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.</li>
<li>Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team</li>
