The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing international sales of new vehicles and automotive spare parts. This role focuses on identifying new markets, building relationships with overseas distributors, coordinating export documentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted international markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign distributors, dealers, and fleet customers.</li><li>Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.</li><li>Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions in line with company guidelines.</li></ul>Order Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Process customer orders for vehicles and spare parts accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.</li><li>Manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for proper handling of shipments.</li></ul>Customer Support<ul><li>Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to international customers.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in coordination with internal technical teams.</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure export activities comply with international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs laws, and internal company policies.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments to reduce outstanding balances.</li><li>Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market performance summaries for management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in export sales, preferably in the automotive sector (vehicles or spare parts).</li><li>Experience with international markets, shipping procedures, and export regulations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Knowledge of Incoterms, export logistics, and customs procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Multilingual ability (Arabic, French, Spanish, or others) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
