The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire lifecycle of architectural projects from architectural drawings to working and detail drawings, contributing to high-profile projects across various sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment and contribute to impactful, large-scale developments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs</li><li>Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices</li><li>Conduct site visits and manage on-site execution to ensure quality and design intent</li><li>Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>B.tech civil, Diploma in Civil or a Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution</li><li>Licensed Architect</li><li>Proficiency in detail drawings</li><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and design</li><li>Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design, construction techniques, and building codes</li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working on large-scale or international projects</li><li>Experience in 3D rendering (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, D5)</li><li>Interior design knowledge is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a multinational firm and high-profile clients like LULU Group, GRAND Hypermarket, Ambika Chitfund, and Yash International Group of Hotels</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Diverse project exposure across India and the UAE</li><li>A supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Ongoing professional development and training opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
