Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer with a strong background in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, with a focus on residential villa projects. The applicant must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.Key Duties:- Oversee the construction of villas in accordance with approved designs and specifications.- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.- Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.- Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and financial aspects.- Address any technical issues that may arise during the construction phase.- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.- Coordinate the handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring all necessary rectifications are made according to project specifications.- Inspect materials and ongoing work to ensure compliance with specified requirements.- Provide information regarding variation orders and site instructions.- Offer measurement and valuation services in conjunction with the project quantity surveyor when necessary.Experience: Required UAE experience in the construction of residential villas.Strong communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
