 Responsibilities:

 FP&amp;A Leadership:
 
 Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data &amp; Analytics:
 
 Analyze financial and operational data, delivering insights to the Executive Team and division leadership to inform decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reporting:
 
 Develop and enhance monthly financial and operational reporting packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Presentation Development:
 
 Lead the creation of presentations for executive audiences, translating complex data into clear visual insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 Work across teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Operational Metrics:
 
 Help define and track key performance indicators and support the development of sales and production reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Compensation Modeling:
 
 Support incentive planning and compensation modeling.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strategic Initiatives:
 
 Participate in long-term data integration efforts and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics capabilities.

 Special Projects:

 Analysis:
 
 Analyze business trends and provide insights to executive leadership.

 Qualifications include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred); advanced degree a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 3&ndash;6+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or banking.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Power BI experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical Skills:
 
 Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication:
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Execution:
 
 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Areas of Responsibility

 Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the office
 </li>

 Manage incoming mail by opening, scanning, and distributing appropriately, and process outgoing mail as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor office and caf&eacute; supply and fulfill supply orders as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with conference room reservations and the upkeep of conference rooms and common spaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Point of contact for all office vendors (copier, shredding, coffee/water maintenance scheduling, IT inspections, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate catering orders and support the planning of on-site meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination of office activities/events
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with office communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Administration with other duties as assigned
