We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented AMAZON ADS PPC SPECIALIST with at least 1 year of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns in an agency setting. You will work under the leadership of a Senior PPC Manager (PPC EXECUTIVE) as part of a high-performance POD structure, helping execute campaigns, support client growth, and drive performance.This role is designed for someone who is ready to grow, committed to excellence, and passionate about Amazon advertisingResponsibilities<ul><li>Support the PPC Manager in the execution and daily optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns (SP, SB, SBV).</li><li>Help launch, scale, and optimize product launches with a focus on profitability and organic ranking growth.</li><li>Maintain and improve ACOS and TACOS targets, adapting strategies to low-budget realities.</li><li>Understand and apply holistic knowledge of organic ranking, listing quality, and paid media synergies.</li><li>Assist with keyword research, bid adjustments, campaign structuring, and A/B testing.</li><li>Stay up to date and learn to use automation platforms and internal tools for optimization and efficiency.</li><li>Report campaign performance and flag key insights and growth opportunities to the PPC Manager.</li><li>Be responsive, proactive, and committed to the team&rsquo;s goals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience managing Amazon PPC in an agency environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of Amazon&rsquo;s organic vs paid ranking mechanics.</li><li>Experience launching new products and scaling them through PPC strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of all Amazon campaign types (SP, SB, SBV, auto, manual, etc.).</li><li>Able to work with limited budgets, hit performance goals, and make smart strategic decisions.</li><li>A friendly, hard-working, and coachable attitude &ndash; you are here to grow with us.</li><li>Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced teams with high accountability.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives<ul><li>Base Salary: $400 USD/month (fixed) (gross)</li><li>Quarterly Performance Bonus:</li><li>If quarterly KPIs are met, the assistant becomes eligible for a 20% revenue-based bonus pool, distributed every 3 months.</li><li>KPIs and performance metrics will be evaluated every 30 days, with payouts aligned to each quarter.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll be part of a growing, dynamic team working with international Amazon brands.</li><li>You&rsquo;ll gain access to high-level PPC strategy and tools, with clear growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
