This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon SEO deeply and can combine data-driven keyword research with high-quality, conversion-focused copywriting. This is not an AI-dependent role. We are seeking a professional who can dedicate time to in-depth research and craft persuasive, original sales copy that performs beyond basic AI-generated content.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research for Amazon product listings</li><li>Create high-converting, SEO-optimized copy aligned with Amazon best practices</li><li>Optimize Alt Texts and Backend Search Terms</li><li>Perform RUFUS and COSMOS optimization for enhanced listing performance</li><li>Ensure all listings fully comply with Amazon guidelines and SEO standards</li></ul>Performance Expectations<ul><li>1 fully optimized Amazon listing per working day</li><li>Each listing must reflect deep research, strong creative sales copy, and SEO accuracy</li><li>Speed should never compromise quality or conversion potential</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Fixed Salary: $600 USD per month</li><li>Performance-Based Bonuses after the first 3-month period, based on:</li><li>SEO performance improvements</li><li>Consistency in delivery</li><li>Quality of copywriting</li><li>Attention to detail and compliance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li><li>Proven experience in Amazon SEO copywriting with demonstrable results</li><li>Strong understanding of Amazon A9/A10 algorithms and listing optimization strategies</li><li>Ability to balance creative sales copywriting with data-backed SEO decisions</li><li>Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of working independently</li></ul>Important Note⚠ If you are heavily dependent on AI tools, this role is not for you.We expect a level of SEO research, strategy, and copywriting depth that goes beyond AI capabilities.
