We are seeking a results-driven Amazon E-commerce &amp; PPC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our Amazon advertising strategy, driving sales growth and maximizing ROI through highly optimized PPC and SEO strategies.The ideal candidate has a deep analytical mindset, a proven track record of managing Amazon ad spend efficiently, and leadership experience to help guide team operations. If you are passionate about data-driven marketplace growth and stay ahead of Amazon's evolving algorithms, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:<ul><li>PPC Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, management, and continuous optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Displays) to achieve aggressive sales and ACoS/TACoS goals.</li><li>SEO &amp; Keyword Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to implement advanced SEO strategies, optimize product listings, and fuel targeted ad campaigns.</li><li>Performance Analytics: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics daily, utilizing data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and improve overall account profitability.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure compliant and cutting-edge operations.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking ForRequirements:<ul><li>Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specializing in SEO and PPC, with a dedicated focus on Amazon advertising.</li><li>Leadership: Prior team management experience with the ability to collaborate, delegate, and guide junior team members or operations.</li><li>Platform Proficiency: Strong, practical understanding of Amazon Seller &amp; Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising Console.</li><li>Technical &amp; Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation) and excellent problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI tools like Claude, Chat gpt, Gemini and mainly Amazon advertising frameworks, ranking factors, and best practices.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):<ul><li>Basic graphic design skills using Canva (for quick listing tweaks, A+ content, or social assets).</li><li>Experience with Social Media Management to help drive external traffic.</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad I-8/4: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Amazon Brand Launch &amp; Management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad I-8/4 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
