Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serves as cashier for the AnMed Auxiliary gift shops.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service; process customer transactions in a timely manner using a computerized POS system; provide gift-wrapping when requested; assist in selection of merchandise if needed; take phone orders and deliver gifts to patients; contact secondary store location when needed to check on availability of items for customers.
 </li><li>Accurately complete sales transactions and collection of correct payment; correctly balance the cash drawer at the close of business and maintain appropriate records for all transactions, voids, etc.; provide detailed information re: errors that need to be corrected by office personnel.
</li><li>Check with the manager/associate when reporting to work regarding special sales, promotions, etc.; accurately provide discounts to customers; assist with pricing new merchandise and other stock-related duties.
</li><li>Maintain a neat appearance in the gift shop by refilling candy, sundries, and gift items; straightening merchandise when not busy with customers and before leaving at the close of business. Put away all gift bags, tissue paper, etc. Notify appropriate staff when supplies are low.
</li><li>Maintain communication with Manager that results in continuous quality &amp; process improvement (e.g. cost-saving ideas, requests &amp; feedback from customers, ideas to boost customer service, increase sales, or reward repeat customers etc.)
</li><li>Assist with annual inventory; work as scheduled on holidays, for special events, and to cover for volunteers when needed.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li> High School Diploma
</li></ul><ul><li> Previous retail experience
</li></ul><ul><li> Excellent customer service skills</li></ul>
<ul><li> Basic computer skills</li></ul>

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides personal care such as bathing, skin care, turning and positioning, and toileting needs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists patients with meals, ambulation and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
</li></ul><ul><li>Obtains and documents vital signs and reports abnormal results to the patient&rsquo;s nurse.
</li></ul><ul><li>Measures and records intake, output, height and weight.
</li></ul><ul><li>Participates in hourly rounds on patients, assessing pain, positioning, potty (toileting needs), placement of personal items and call light within reach, and VTE prophylaxis in place. Matrix.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
Nursing Assistant
<ul><li>Previous experience (preferred)
</li></ul>Patient Care Technician
<ul><li>Completion of approved nursing assistant training course required.
 </li></ul><ul><li>An exception for students enrolled in an accredited nursing program who have completed one of the hospitals approved nursing courses in their program will be eligible for this position.
</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience preferred 
</li></ul><ul><li>RN students may be eligible to be considered for Student Nurse Technician opportunities. Students must be able to provide a copy of their college transcript showing successful completion of class requirements.</li></ul>
