800 Truck is seeking an experienced and dependable Moving Foreman to oversee residential and commercial relocation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure safe and efficient moving operations, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.This role requires strong leadership, hands-on moving experience, and the ability to manage crews, coordinate logistics, and handle on-site challenges professionally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise movers, helpers, and drivers during residential and commercial moves</li><li>Plan and coordinate packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking activities</li><li>Ensure proper wrapping, packing, and securing of items to prevent damage</li><li>Handle furniture dismantling and reinstallation when required</li><li>Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of jobs</li><li>Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity on-site</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns promptly</li><li>Resolve site-related issues and report updates to the operations team</li><li>Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained</li><li>Follow all safety regulations and company policies</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in the moving industry (UAE experience preferred)</li><li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (mandatory)</li><li>Basic English communication skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Knowledge of professional packing standards and safe handling procedures</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Overtime as per company policy</li><li>Visa and medical insurance provided</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Foreman : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li></ul>
