 What will a Brand Manager (Spirits) do at Anadolu Efes?

 <li>
 Proactively identifies tactical opportunities for the business, and support the marketing manager in recognizing strategic opportunities for the business by analyzing all relevant data,
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivers &amp; executes short &amp; long-term brand strategies and plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports &amp; follows the process of product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to the brand,
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks annual budget for the brand,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows up Digital, Event, and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand by working closely with the Brand Communication Teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and executes effective channel activities and volume-driving incentives by working closely with Trade Marketing Teams.

 What are the qualifications we look for in a Brand Manager (Spirits) at Anadolu Efes?

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-5 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG,
 </li>
 <li>
 A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
 </li>

 Passion for the industry at large and associated culture,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organization, planning, time and budget management skills,

 Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make an analysis without getting lost in details,

 What does a Legal Affairs Manager
 
 
 do at Anadolu Efes?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Anticipate and proactively provide legal advice, guidance and support to Anadolu EFES Turkey
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts (including but not limited to distribution, dealership, agency, supply, marketing, sales contracts) with third parties
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide advice on corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, and other legal issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and ensure legal compliance with existing regulations, guidelines and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage lawsuit and enforcement files portfolio of the company in coordination with external counsels
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with various business lines and functions, including the company's sales and marketing, human resources, finance, and corporate relations teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local data protection law requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Inform company functions about changes in legislation and their legal consequences
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure registration and protection of Anadolu Efes' trademarks all over the world in coordination with external IP counsels
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and coordinate external law firms and counsels and leads, mentors, and coaches the legal team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

 What are the qualifications we look for in a Legal Affairs Manager
 
 
 at Anadolu Efes?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable law school in Turkey. Having LL.M. degree will be treated as advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10+ years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house department of a corporate company. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in corporate and contract law, intellectual property law, personal data protection law, license/distribution arrangements and commercial law
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in litigation and enforcement procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a strong business acumen
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle external transactions and agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong networks to effectively drive efficiency across the business
 </li>

 Proficiency in written and spoken English
