Analog Devices is seeking a staff digital design engineer for its Data Center &amp; Energy (DCE) group in Bangalore, India. Within DCE, we deliver high‑reliability power, connectivity, and analytics solutions for modern data centers and energy infrastructure.</div></div><div></div><div><div>
The successful candidate will lead key aspects of digital design execution for mixed‑signal SoCs supporting advanced power system analytics. This role plays a central part in bridging subject matter expertise and technical execution between a co-located digital design team and US-based subject matter experts, ensuring consistent interpretation of requirements and technical definitions. Design and simulate transistor-level integrated circuits.</li><li>
Collaborate with a global team of engineers across multiple disciplines.</li><li>
Develop innovative circuit solutions that meet demanding requirements for high voltage/current reliability, high resolution, accuracy, low power, and high speed.</li><li>
Design analog blocks including high-voltage amplifiers, class-AB drivers, comparators, and LDOs.</li><li>
Conduct block-level feasibility studies and define specifications for new product development.</li><li>
Adapt and reuse existing designs to meet new performance targets.</li><li>
Oversee and support analog layout activities.</li><li>
Assist with lab evaluation and testing to ensure successful product delivery.</li><li>
Present technical findings and updates to internal engineering teams.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications</div><ul><li>
BS or MS in Electronic Engineering with 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.</li><li>
Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal electronics, design tools, and workflows.</li><li>
Proven experience designing circuits such as amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, and switching power supplies.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to take ICs from concept through design, layout, evaluation, and production release.</li><li>
Proven ability to drive innovation or propose new architectures</li><li>
Strong system-level understanding of analog/mixed-signal products</li><li>
Experience with high-current/high-voltage circuit design is a plus.</li><li>
